I’ve changed my game. After lots of reading, and too much sampling-while-baking-for-others, I’ve decided to ditch the focus on veganism to stave off the awful beast, diabetes, that runs in the family. Now, I still LOVE my food, but I’m trying to cook at home more, and with less carb, but preserving all that bright flavour that makes my taste buds happy. Don’t fear – I will still sacrifice myself for the good of foodieism, reviewing restaurants and maybe still baking the odd cake! After all, if you don’t have your health, you have nothing, but if you don’t have good food, why bother living?
